She can't stop your character from using magic on her, but she'll probably be freaked out. A barrier or healing magic is fine, but anything else, she'll be wary of. So let's talk beforehand about it.

Minka has a history of being verbally and physically abused. To her, this was seen as normal behavior because that's just life in the Carta.
